1. Nature and Purpose

The Report is issued by an independent third-party spinning mill, unaffiliated with Quiet Luxuries Private Limited ("Company"), for a specific batch of Suvin cotton yarn used in the product bearing this Certificate. It is provided as a courtesy, for informational reference on fibre characteristics of that batch only. It is not a warranty, guarantee, or certification of fitness for any use, and does not apply to any other product or batch.

2. No Liability

The Company did not author, verify, or endorse the Report. The Report is provided "as is," without warranty of accuracy or completeness. The Company accepts no liability for any interpretation, error, reliance, claim, or loss arising from access to or use of the Report. Nothing herein constitutes technical or purchasing advice.

3. Restrictions on Use

Without prior written consent of the Company, the User shall not: (a) reproduce, copy, screenshot, print, or duplicate the Report; (b) distribute, publish, or share it on any medium; (c) use it for any commercial purpose, including marketing, resale comparison, or benchmarking; (d) alter, crop, or annotate it; (e) use it to make any public claim or comparison regarding the Company, its products, or any other brand; (f) create derivative documents from its contents; (g) use automated means to access or archive it. Permission requests must be made in writing.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the Report vest with the issuing third party and/or the Company. Access grants no licence beyond limited personal, non-commercial viewing.

5. Confidentiality of Access

Access is linked to the unique QR code on this Certificate and is intended solely for the individual in possession of the product and Certificate. The User shall not circulate the QR code or access link to others.

6. Company Rights

The Company may withdraw, restrict, or modify access to the Report at any time without notice or liability. No delay in enforcement waives any right.

7. Indemnity

The User shall indemnify the Company, its directors, employees, and affiliates against any claims, losses, or costs (including legal fees) arising from breach of these Terms or misuse of the Report.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Gurugram, Haryana, India.
